Including RequestFollow by default into EntryPoint

The EntryPoint module does not support redirection following by default, so I included the RequestFollow module into it.
The following is turned off. So if you do:
Restfulie.at("http://localhost:3000/some_redirection").get!
You will get Error::Redirection raised. But if you do:
Restfulie.at("http://localhost:3000/some_redirection").follow.get!
Then it will follow the Location uri. I am not sure if this can or should be turned on by default.
