Suportar cadastro de novos serializadores

Serializadores devem poder ser cadastrados pelo cliente, algo "como":
Restfulie::Converters.register("meu_content_type", MeuConverter.new)
O converterc deve ser thread safe (nao tenha variaveis membro! somente o metodo marshal)
