Support link following for json

When json with links are received, allows the client to follow those links by doing:

user = Restfulie.at(uri).get
client = user.links.client.get

Or

city = user.addresses[2].links.city.get

If js does not allow method missing alike:

client = user.links['client'].get
city = user.addresses[2].links['city'].get
