default link type to "application/atom+xml" should be checked

Before appending a type="application/atom+xml" to an atom link, tokamak's builder should check with Rails whether the action responds to "application/atom+xml". Actually it could either pick every respond_to and append a link for each one, or just the first one (as a hint)
