Atom representation is returning the wrong Time Zone for the 'published' field.

The date set on the AtomifiedModel (spec_helper) is being parsed to the wrong time zone. The Array class (lib/restfulie/server/core_ext/array.rb) is not setting the proper published date to the atom feed.
