Tokamak helper for xhtml content

In a tokamak file, I need a helper to specify that a field is
xhtml.
This helper must format the field content correctly for current
format (atom, json, etc).
Suggestion (by Everton Ribeiro):
ns.body = xhtml(@article.body)

Was implemented to support the contents, after passing with three helpers: text, html and xhtml.
But I found that the content type xhtml not fully implementing the Ratomir, so I'm keeping the ticket open and hopefully fix the problem then.
